With a view to make Delhi an ultra modern smart city, the work is going on in three smart cities, with more than 20 lakh houses to be built in a fully organized urban set-up that is equipped with all the basic and advanced amenities and guided by modern technology of home building.
Coming up on the Capital’s outskirts — the most talked about Dwarka L-Zone in southwest Delhi, the smart city has been modeled after the group housing conceptualization, with uninterrupted round the clock power, water and the internet connectivity. The projects in Dwarka L-Zone are being developed by reputed developer like Shah-Ne-Eram.
It includes reputed hospitals, renowned schools, high value commercial complexes, green spaces and highly energy-efficient electric apparatuses. The reputed private builders are developing the cities on 20,000-24,000 hectares and each new smart sub-city will be par excellence on each and every parameters.
The necessary regulations related to land pooling has already been approved by the DDA, and the Government of Delhi also has already begun the exercise of changing the use of land right from rural to urban.
